Cancellation notice - must be no less than 24 hrs prior to  your session, (no refunds/make-up sessions will be granted if this timeframe is not honoured).

Make-up session policy - make-up sessions will take place Mondays and Thursdays (1-2pm), Saturday mornings (TBD). All makeup sessions must be booked 2 weeks in advance.

Vacation policy - one month notice is required, if your vacation is for longer than 2 weeks, your subscription will be placed on hold for a maximun of 30 days. If you would like to do drop-in sessions during your hold subscription the rate of $95/hr will apply.
