About this service

In 45 minutes this consultation will focus on you! Your challenges, goals, limitations and aspirations are really at the center of this query. The PFC will place focus on your movement patterns, conditioning and overall fitness. My goal is to align your expectations with a fitness programme that best suits your needs and fosters long yielding results. During your PFC you will be asked to undergo a comprehensive questionnaire that will include your historical fitness regime, injuries, eating patterns, health and lifestyle. Additionally, you will undergo through a series of exercises so that I can observe first-hand your mobility, strength, technique and overall performance. This tailored fitness assessment is geared specifically towards examining your; cardio vascular, mobility, full body- strength, flexibility, core strength and most importantly YOUR WHY?

How to prepare for the PFC:

Wear comfortable fitness clothing
Limit your food intake 45 min prior to assessment
Limit arduous exercise the day prior to the PFC
Stay hydrated (Water Bottle)
Bring a towel
