About this service

This programme is geared towards those who are committed to get to the next level in their fitness or competitive regime. This programme will be based upon three stages:

Stage 1 : Foundation ( Examining technique, mobility, & potential energy losses)
Stage 2: Weight increase ( Now that we have a foundation lets raise the roof!)
Stage 3: Technique, Weight and Speed lead to conditioning (Now that you've mastered Stages 1 & 2, lets
combine skill s and get you to increase your performance output)
