About this service

Whether you want to loose a little or gain a little, this highly acclaimed programme is designed to get you to reach your weight goals, making you stronger, and building muscle. To start, you will undergo the Personal Fitness Consultation with a particular emphasis on your exercise regime, diet and health history. Next, I will get you to undergo a series of test that will include: mobility (joints, range of motion), stretch (calisthenic static hold movement) and strength (ability to move loads). This programme will keep you result focused, accountable and determined to succeed. The WLTP will aim at raising your metabolic rate so that those calories keep burning long after our sessions. I will be there with you throughout this journey to ensure your focus to succeed is never compromised, so rest assured you'll never look back again! Weight-loss is not just about getting you to move, or change your eating habits, it's about shifting your psychology to ensure lasting success.
It is highly recommended that participants sign up for 2-3X/week for a minimum period of of 3 months, and 6 months to obtain optimal results.
